Who we are

History LINE is a company founded by Kiko Chatzigianni in 2023, aiming to provide children with a more interactive and enjoyable way to learn. Together with her children and their love for history, they decided to create a series of children's books that would give kids the opportunity to learn about historical costumes, the people who wore them, their creativity, and the places where they lived and acted. Through extensive research in history and the history of fashion starting in 2016, they began with ancient Greece and the gods of Olympus, ultimately creating 80 mini books leading to the modern world by 2023. This is how History LINE began to be published and sold in stores and museums.

Our values

At History Line, we want to offer children uniquely Greek and sophisticated products that respect the child, the book, and craftsmanship. One of our main concerns is the development of fine motor skills in younger generations, who day by day are increasingly turning to screens. We aim for them to grow up with toys and crafts in their hands. Through these activities, children create, get inspired, and can become independent. Additionally, at History Line, we want to teach children about the authenticity and genuineness that people had in earlier times through our books. Finally, we strive to instill in children the values of ecology, creativity, and inspiration.

OUR TEAM

  • Aggeliki Chatz has been a school mediator for 6 years. She has participated in various theater and dance groups at numerous fashion shows. For the past 1.5 years, she has opened her own YouTube channel, and despite her young age, her knowledge of mass media and her creativity make her the Social Media Director of History Line.

  • Kyriaki Hatzigianni studied construction works, costume, printing, textile, and graphic design in Thessaloniki. As a clothing technologist and chief designer of export clothing factories

    since 1995, she has worked with a plethora of European brands over a period of 27 years.

    In 2016, alongside her job, she started doing research and creating the History LINE book series. From 2018 to 2022, she worked as a teacher at fashion workshops for children, and was actively involved in social and charity activities. In 2023, she founded her company, became a publisher Designed by Hatzigianni, and began publishing the History LINE book series.
